This product is a made-to-order item, individually handcrafted by skilled artisans at a workshop in Florence, Italy after your order is placed.
As each piece is completed entirely by hand, delivery may take up to approximately 6 months.

- As this is a fully custom, handcrafted product, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. The final product may differ slightly from the photographs shown.
- Personalization is available as an engraved name in Roman letters, either initials or a full name.
- A name holder is not included.
- Once payment has been completed, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accepted.
- In the event that a defect attributable to our responsibility is confirmed during the production or transportation process, we will provide repair or replacement at no additional cost. Please note that repairs required due to usage conditions or other causes not attributable to us will be subject to a fee.
